I had high hopes for the product. It was relatively easy to install, and the fit of my boots improved noticeably. After about 3 hours on the slopes I starting to feel a bit of pain, some pinching at my ankles. I dismissed this as break-in symptoms as indicated by the product literature. I should not have. An hour later, I struggled to get my boots off. My calves were really itchy, and both feet and calves were swollen. After a few days I was treated for the skin irritation, but the swelling did not subside for several weeks. Shoes had to be significantly loosened, but I was not in any pain, Four months later my left leg is roughly back to normal but the right remains swollen. Patriot did not respond to my email, so leaving this here, in can anyone has experienced similar issues.

Impressive
As someone who has struggled with heel lift for much of my skiing life, I was initially skeptical about these liner sleeves. That skepticism went right out the window during my first run at Telluride in April. With my second buckle completely slack, my heel still stayed firmly planted in the heel cup of the boot. Paired with my Patriot Footbeds, footbeds, I was skiing great and pain free. I highly recommend this to anyone who suffers from heel lift.

Worked great on older Tele boots!
I have a pair of 4 buckle Garmont Tele boots that have lived a long life. I replaced the liners, but they still gave me blisters on every tour. I added the Patriot Liner Sleeves and immediately felt better heel hold down. I went on a full day spring tour and got no Blisters! That was worth the price. I am looking forward to trying them at the resorts as well next winter.
