  • Who needs footbeds?

    +

Every skier should have a footbed! If you are skiing without one, you are seriously limiting your ability to ski at your best. A footbed is the solution to the majority of ski boot fit issues. They are the key to being comfortable and give you the support you need to go out and send it.

  • How long will my footbeds last?

    +

The support and shape of the footbed will not ever deteriorate! However, the shock absorbing foam will compress and pack down over time. To experience the best comfort and full shock absorbing capability of your footbeds, its recommended you replace your footbed every 100-150 ski days. This will be a similar lifespan to your boot liners.

  • Why should I buy a Patriot Footbed?

    +

What sets Patriot Footbeds apart is how they support your feet when you ski. The spherical arch shape and dynamic frame means the footbeds will work with your feet for increased stability and instant response to your skis. Unlike our competitors who make static and flimsy insoles, Patriot footbeds are a robust and shock absorbing platform that will transform your ski boots. Seriously, the proof is in the pudding. I urge you to try them and let us know your feedback. You will be stoked!

  • Will they work with my aftermarket liners?

    +

Yes, all Patriot's gear is built low profile to suit any boot and liner configuration you choose to ski.

  • What the best size liner sleeve for a 25.5 boot

    +

25.5 really is the transition size of the sleeves. We suggest if you have a High Volume (HV) boot, that you will likely see better success with a M/L size sleeve. For regular and narrow width boots, the Small sleeve will fit best and you will see great results once the liner adapts with 1-3 days of use.

  • What is the difference between the ski and snowboard liner sleeve?

    +

There is no difference in the sleeves construction. They will work perfectly on either boot. We find that snowboarders are more likely to utilise the included J bars into the rear pocket for extra grab.

  • How long will my order take to ship?

    +

Between 1-10 days dependant on where you are located, but we have 3 shipping locations to make sure we get your gear to you as fast as possible.

The tool that changed my (ski) life

Files and shims, done that. Dremel tool, that too. But a punch? Now we're talking. This tool has literally changed the ski life of my family. Never did I think it would be so easy to make my boots fit so well. Nicely done Patriot!

Off label use is brilliant

While I do have quirky ski boot issues, my real problem was with the heels of my heavy duty hiking boots. They are solidly built, with rubber rands and leather uppers. All I needed was 1mm. I've watched less skilled boot "fitters" blow it and overstretch the boots of others. I have long needed spot stretches, and found most people don't know how to do them. So, I finally ordered this tool, and it's perfect. Yes, it relies on my own cautious approach. But I'm satisfied so far with two bump outs and expect to pull off more! Best couple of hundred bucks I've spent in a long time!

Essential for ski guides

I am a ski guide and former ski patroller that has suffered through numerous seasons of boot pain and failed trips to the boot fitter. This is a must have device for avid skiers. I would love to see some other punch shapes offered.

Right Tool for the Job

This boot punch works quite well. I love being able to perform this work myself as I can work in increments and get a better outcome than an impatient boot tech who doesn’t know what my foot feels like. Brilliant tool.
