I have a ganglion cyst on the top of one foot and it becomes irritated each ski season from the liner dragging across the foot when putting the ski boot on or taking it off. The Shuvvie has made this process much easier by being able to move the hard liner to the side to allow more space for the foot to slide in and out of the boot. I only wish the extension handle had been available when I ordered mine because I am unable to fully extend one arm which makes one boot still more difficult to put on than the other.

adequate tool
The groove isn't deep enough. Needs to be another 1/2" deep. It keeps popping out of the lip that it is pushed down on . It's a help, but not what I was hoping for.
Hello Andy,
Thank you for your comments.
I would like to ask that you please review the videos of how to use the tool. We find this tool can slip if you are trying to push forwards or downward. The action required is much more sideways in order to operate correctly. WIth this engagement and direction, the tool should not slip out of position. A little practice of how you are engaging the tool would likely fix the issue you are experiencing.

When I got new boots last Winter I almost couldn’t get them on in the parking lot of the resort. It took several tries and I had to swallow my pride and ask my friend to help me. While I’m still a little uncoordinated with the shuviie, it is 10 times easier to get my boots on (no help needed).. as I get more practice, I’m confident I’ll be as good as the demo video! Thanks Shuvvie you helped an old Dude Keep On Keepin’ On!
